Hello!

As a new electronics enthusiast, I am so grateful to have found the community on All About Circuits. While this is my first post, I have been slowly going through Tim Fiegenbaum's video lectures, and hopefully, sooner rather than later, I will have some knowledge to contribute.

I am in the process of troubleshooting an old Altec N-1600-C Dividing Network and stumbled upon two components I cannot identify. Please see the attached images. I would appreciate any type of help.
