Hy guys, I have been given a Haier HCL19R 19" TV/DVD that had a power surge and blew the top off IC2 on the Phihong PCA046FD-011-P-R power supply board. This is used in a variety of TV models. I hope someone can help identify this IC2. I hope to attach pictures of the board and the affected chip. Thanks in advance.

Could be a Uc3845 smpsu chip set, you need to take better pictures close up, have a look a the datasheet snd see if the pcb layout is similar.

Hi late_bloomer. The picture of the IC2 won't help as the top of the chip is blown off. I am hoping someone has seen a board like this one and knows the P/N. Thanks for the reply.

I ordered a new board and found out the I.C. is a NCP1230D6. Thanks for all the replies.
