Identify this IC and SOT

This 8 pin IC has a distinct STMicroelectronics logo and part number EZ622 but no sign of it at st.com or the usual datasheet sites. Ideas?

I guess it's a comparator or op amp since it appears to take input from an LM35 temperature sensor on a heatsink in order to drive a fan via the 2 transistors and the fan connector. The equipment is an induction hearing loop amplifier.

And while you're at it, the SOT transistor marked Y2J (with the J on its side)? If it's a bipolar it's NPN with an o/c emitter, so what else could it be? Likewise, I can't find a reference to its marking.

Suggestions gratefully received.

Many thanks - it had to be that simple!

And I guess the SOT is a zener - there's around 9V across it. Pin 2 doesn't appear to be connected to anything, and it's in series with the glass diode next door, opposite polarity, presumably to compensate for the zener's positive temperaturre coefficent..
