Willing to pay: Curently its O/C and should read 1ohms between pads
Looking for a skilled electronics engineer who (if I post WORKING spare part the part to them) identify this and provise me a part number for replacements.

Its just a coil, if you have the inductance thats all you need.

Identify it at "tme.eu", check if your package is "0805".
Buy it from "tme.eu" or "AliExpress".
