I'm looking to replace an integrated circuit, and having trouble identifying the correct part. Can anyone help me identify the IC circled in red in the image below? The serial number reads:

41937G

It appears to be a P channel MOSFET.


Be careful sourcing this part. My search turned up some parts on eBay that looked like counterfeits and some datasheet searches were on Russian websites. The attached datasheet is from Vishay.

FYI, ICs in 8 pin packages are usually large enough to have actual part numbers instead of SMD codes. In your case, the second number is likely a date code. The component designator on the board also indicates it's a transistor.
