Looking for suggestions on a comprehensive training to expand my knowledge of IC construction. I would like to increase my knowledge mainly to better understand EMC related failures in IC's. I learn well from listening to people... theory and reading textbooks doesn't usually do a thing for me.

Thanks bertus. I recently took a EMC course. I'd love a class that covered EMC and IC construction all at once. One that covered details on exactly what the failure modes were when protection was not sufficient.
