Dear All,

Hope you all are fine. here i am interested to ask for help, that i am trying to find the IBIS model for some ICs/Components, but unable to find. If someone can help me in this regards then i shall be highly grateful. The components are as ;

IRFR9120, IRFR110, CD4011, CD4024, LT1006, LTC1799, LM2586, LM2596, LM317.

Looking forward for your kind and prompt reply.

IBIS stands for "Input/output Buffer Information Specification" and is used primary for switching or digital I/O modelling. Your list is mostly analog parts. Do you mean Spice models?

Dear Respected Analog Ground,

First of all Thank you very much for your kind concern. Secondly you are absolutely alright that IBIS stands for "Input/output Buffer Information Specification" and IBIS models are applicable to digital ICs and mixed-signal ICs. Now i am going to short list whom IBIS models needed. I need IBIS models of ;

CD4011, CD4024, LT1006, LTC1799

Looking forward for your kind and prompt reply.

With humble Regards

There is a list of IBIS models at this site: https://ibis.org

The LT1006 is an op amp. It will not have an IBIS model. The CD4001 and CD4024 probably not. The LTC1799 does not have one from the manufacturer (Linear Technology/Analog Devices). These are old, old parts. Why do you need IBIS models for these parts? Respectfully, it seems like an odd request.

Dear Analog Ground,

Actually I have designed a PCB board for RF transmitter (freq = 7MHz to 8MHz) in Altium Designer. Now I am interested to perform signal Integrity for this board. That's why I need IBIS model, if you suggest me some other way then I shall be highly grateful to you for this act of kindness ..

I am not very experienced in modelling signal integrity on a PCB. However, I think the parts you list are such low frequency that signal integrity is not an issue. Also, at 8 MHz, I don't think any RF signal will have an issue. IBIS models would normally be used for very high speed digital signals where the PCB traces act as a transmission line. If you want to experiment, perhaps you could add some high speed components which have IBIS models.

Dear Respected Analog Ground,

You’re absolutely alright, it’s not very high frequency, traces couldn’t behave like a transmission line, but at this stage i need signal Integrity for the desired board.. i can share my pcb file.. please help me in this regard. I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness, coz i am totally stuck to perform SI Analysis...

Humble Regards

I am not the person to look at your design. I have always had a PCB design specialist for my boards. When required, I did some modelling for impedance matching and controlling delays but this was very specific and limited. Also, I no longer have the necessary tools. Perhaps there is someone else in this forum who can review your design.
