Hi everyone,
I just want to ask how to impelement I²t curve on mosfets for overload condition. I have a basic circuits which contains back-to-back mosfets for AC load switching application(50Hz 220VAC).
For that circuit, I'm planning to use IXYS IXFX120N65X2-ND mosfet for low rds(on).
Could you please give me tricks about how to implement it ?
Any paper and example will be useful for me.

I don't think the TS wants a fuse
I think the TS wants to implement "I2t overload" in hardware and
then use the MOSFET's to open the circuit - like a fuse?
