I want to develope a circuit which will give me a pulsed DC power supply from reguler DC supply?

I have a Regular DC power supply(0-120V; 0-2A) and a function generator.Using these,I want drae a pulsed Dc supply .i need a circuit for that.So please suggest possible design of the cicuit!
