Design a readout interface for an opto-electrical sensor operating in the photo-conductive
mode. Employ the source-follower action to provide a stable bias across the sensor. Photo-
current integration provision is needed along with a row-select provision. IPH-MAX=1nA. Choose
such an integration capacitor, which provides a VOUT-MAX=1V for a TINT=10usec.
