Here's a circuit using a single DPDT relay with two SPDT limit-switches:
It includes the free-wheeling diodes needed to protect the relay contacts.

Does this work on an AC motor which can rotate both ways??? And how do you wire the Triple Pole switch can you edit your diagram please

There are many different designs of DC-Motors,
there are also many different designs of AC-Motors.

The exact type of Motor that You have will
determine what type of Circuit is required to make it do what You want.

Repeatedly reversing any Motor will probably cause it to overheat and fail
without a very sophisticated Controller that can control the Motor's acceleration and deceleration.

I would recommend that you use a simple microcontroller to give the motor a slow start on reversal. There are a number of simple projects online that explain how to control a DC motor direction and speed. Here is an example of a soft start project:
