Can you be a more specific when you say "it didn't work in Proteus"?
Which schematic are you testing? Did you insert the extra 74LS08 AND gate at Q2 or QC?
yes i did try this solution , it will be very fast if use Proteus ,the glitch get fixed with the rc circuit thats for the sec counter but it didnt work for the munits counter

Take QC from the seconds 0-5 counter, feed it into a NOT gate and connect it to COUNT UP of the minutes 0-9 counter.

holly molly it worked perfectly you are life saver thank for not giving up on me , affter all this what it mean being a electrical engenir and you just make my week hhhh ,and if am not beenig so demending do know to make this clock adjestable i mran no one use a clock with false timing

Here is my word of advice. Electronics hardware and software is created by design, not by trial and error.
When you are tackling a problem, trouble shooting, and looking for a solution, you need to study and understand what is the problem. Once you know what is the problem then you apply the appropriate solution. It is not "try this and try that until you get it to work". It is arriving at a solution by design, not by trial and error.
