You mean like I suggested in post #91?
Probably NOT from a microwave oven because none of those power transformers are intended for anything close to constant duty. In addition, all of the microwave oven power transformers that I have seen have the laminations welded, and that means that winding a new secondary will be a serious amount of work. Winding a transformer coil when it is in a winding fixture is quite enough work, winding a dozen turns without taking the winding off the laminations is enough pain. I did that once to add a battery substitute winding to a lab instrument package. That was a high-priced cheap system that included a power supply, signal generator, digital meter, and some other features. But the DMM was powered by a 9 volt battery that was always low. So 18turns to get 14 volts on the filter capacitor and then an LM78-10 regulator and no more dead battery ever. And nobody else ever figured out why the battery started lasting so long.

I get your point, all of you ! And I am really happy that you really give your interes to help me out.
I really appreciate you, all. But the reality is clear, I need serious hardware, like a (couple) of big transformers, that currently I dont have. in conclusion, when I will put my hands on something, I will come back here and post about it. Until then, other waiting subjects.
It's a pity I could not build something from what I already have. That was my second target. But now is clear to me what I have to get.
Thank you all !!!
