I made a Relay Delay circuit using LM393 Comparator, how do I increase Delay time?

Now it is quiteclear from this circuit that the delay is after the comparator. It is rather simple to use the second comparator in the package to provide a time delay, avoiding the requirement for as many transistors and assuring a fast operation of the relay because the comparator switches rapidly. And certainly any relay switching power needs to switch quickly.
