I didn't know it was that bad out there. Here in Apache Junction, AZ it was 82F, blue sky, no wind, low humidity.

But come June it'll creep up to the 110F area, time to visit Florida!

It's Spring down on the coast of Georgia! The Azaleas are blooming and the temps are starting to stay above 60°F.
We got frost last night. Today is chilly, but pleasant. We are hoping for LOTS of snow this month and next (March is historically our snowiest month with April being second). We REALLY need it! All season so far we've had two storms that put an inch or less of snow on the ground and one that put about six inches. Usually we will have had several that put a foot or more down. As much as I HATE snow, I'm hoping we get hammered a few times, otherwise this summer is not going to be fun.

The year I lived in Maine we woke up to three feet of fresh powder snow on Easter morning. Went back to school after the Easter break looking like a reverse racoon with a brown face and white around the eyes where my ski goggles shaded me from the bright sun after skiing the whole week on fresh powder. Down here it's sand gnat weather now with a high the other day of 86° F.

Often described as a Flying set of Jaws

You can get a T-Shirt that says "God protects the Sand Gnats in Georgia or else we'd up to our ass in Yankees" with a picture of a flying set of jaws.
