How's the weather?

I don't see how that addresses the question of whether it is the dew point or the relative humidity that is the primary indicator of human comfort. It supports the numbers I threw out, but it doesn't say whether my interpretation of those number is reasonable or not.
I am not arguing anything. I supplied a psychrometic chart to support your position that cold air holds far less moisture than warm air.

We've gotten a bit of a reprieve -- some snow yesterday and light snow right now, but we've only accumulated less than an inch. That's supposed to change drastically in a few more hours.

Today was beautiful. Over the last couple days we got about 24" of snow at the house and I've spent a fair chunk of time plowing the mountain. The Beast did a good job, but she had to fight and she got pretty hot -- I could smell the tranny cooking at a couple points. We are supposed to get snow everyday for the next five or six days and that could be bad since the roads are pretty badly channeled right now meaning that we can't throw snow over the edge anymore. We've got the channel as wide as we could make it, but most of any further snow we get is going to get pushed up against the walls of the existing channel and narrow it down.
