Seriously, if your processor does not have dedicated hardware to send and receive data with this device, then you need to use GPIO lines to bit-bang the protocol. It really is not that complicated. It looks like 16-bit SPI.

Well. I don't have the means to do it and test it handy at the moment. On top of that there really is not enough information to do what you are asking. How about a schematic diagram showing the connection from the Arduino to the NJW1153. Some idea of what the data being transferred means would also be helpful.Can you make the code

Ok...I Will TryUnfortunately, your image is nearly useless because it is not scalable. Try capturing it in a more useable format.
Ok.....Thank You ManListen... To make an Arduino library and test it, I would need to buy one of those devices. you would be better grabbing the NJW1194 library and modifying it.. It certainly is close and wouldn't take long. But you have the device, and I ain't buying one
