You will need a meter to measure resistance and you will need some really good soldering skills as well.
Why are you wanting to replace the one dual control with the other?? You will need quite a few wires and it is not at all clear what the connections to the replacement part would be.
Or is this a technical challenge to see who can possibly make the replacement work correctly??
What is the motivation for considering the change???

I know it is not easy.
the reason to do so is try to get as small size as possible an amplifier board, even that capacitor is too large, should I make a new board? which way easy?

 

It is not likely that there will be much reduction in volume from using the other control. the shape will be different, though. And that capacitor, 470 MFD and 63 volts, is probably as small as you can get.
What is the benefit of making an amplifier so small?? What sort of transducer will change the electrical output back into sound?? OR is that not the application??

The height of the size is an issue for me now.

You will need to use the dual pot version also it appears there is a switch included in the POT unit.
The value appears to be stated on the back of the pot.

 

It appears also that a revised PCB will be required. OR is this project a one-off hobby project??

Measured the dual pot has 48k, I used 50K Double Dial soldering in parallel with, working out some, Ｉmean it can ａdjust the volume，　but got noise.
