can`t we continue doing something and searching for decision?

i will replace all the caps when have time.

 

One of the things the schematic brings is an understanding of what the circuit should be doing. I don't know what those MOSFETs are supposed to do, or under what conditions, so I have no way of knowing what voltage would be correct - dead end.
