I am trying to make touch switch using TTP224N BSB Ic, I want to retain a switch On/Off position after power failure , For eg. if switch 1 and 2 is on and 3,4 off after power reset I want the same stage. Do I want to add another Ic for memory storage.
Pls Help how to achieve this.
Thanks

This can all be done in a single chip PSOC. It has touch capability,
and ability to detect power fail and store current status. Takes some
coding but there are examples done one can use/modify.

IDE (PSOC Creator) and compiler free. Dev board $ 10.

Note resources used/left in right hand window. Most resources still un-used in this example.
