i was expecting that led manufacturer will measure their led source and sell it ... so once installed you can get closed to that. maybe i am wrong.

i cant recall the name of that seller/producer, once find out will provide here.
yes, leds have a defined spectrum,,look in the dsra shert for the device,
but this is going to cost a fortune to build compared to off shelf light

hello, so you are saying that Spectrogram results of the light produced by led stripe is not important?
NO!!! Never said that, never believed it. BUT I am not at all familiar with "Spectrogram" so I can't comment on it specifically.
BUT certainly there is a bunch of fiction around, some of it presented as fact.
There is actual clear sky sunlight, and then there are a few attempts and efforts to duplicate it. Some are better than others. And then there is advertising hype, which may actually include some truth, some times.
The really truthful one calims to be "artificial daylight". At least one of those appears to be fairly close.

Human eyeballs -- in general! -- process only three "colors" of light: red, green, and blue.

I assert that it does not matter the source of the illumination: any light source that equally stimulates those three receptors will appear to the human as equivalent -- optically, emotionally, psychologically, philosophically, whatever.

The problem lies in light reflected, absorbed, and/or scattered from passive objects in the field of view. In these cases, the resulting spectrum of light "emitted" from those objects will be different, depending upon the spectrum of the source lighting and the optical properties of the objects.

It is this effect that makes artificial lighting different than "daylight", i.e. sunlight, and can have a profound effect on one's mind and mood.

but i prefer to have also enough lumens evenly spread across the space, and ideally to light be reflection from the ceiling

This is my "TV" that was picked up free from the side of the road.It is about 1.6M diagonal.
All the TV electronics are removed, and just the power supply with its back light driver were used. 3D printed brackets and some pine planks resulted in a great light.
It won me lots of points from my Dear Wife :)

Daylight, and light in general, has two properties: Intensity and color spectrum contents. Consider that "white" is a combination of colors, the light at different wavelengths. The intensity is simple to measure, while the spectrum measurement is a bit more complex to measure, and the spectral contents of natural daylight are well known.
So delivering a fair copy of daylight colored light is entirely reasonable.

so where have you looked for daylight bulbs / leds ?

Im in Europe, and I get hundreds of hits in google, including pre built units, and single leds.
