I think this doesn't support multi-point. Just wanna confirm before making an app to achieve the same...

I even tried with Microsoft Phone Link but haven't achieved the goal... Let's leave it the experts...

Why not use the mobile for both music and calls? They're already programmed to handle this smoothly.

 

Have you paired the ear pods with both the PC and the phone?

 

Apple products have a feature called Handoff that makes it smooth to transfer a session in an app on one device to the same app on another device. For instance I might transfer a FaceTime session answered on my iPhone, to my laptop. If I were listening to music on the MacBook, it would mute the music to handle the FaceTime session. This sounds like exactly what you're asking for.

Perhaps your OS has a similar feature.
