How to find LED Voltmeter with enough digits displayed?

I'm trying to find a small LED, white or blue text color, that can read from 0.00 to 9,99 volts

Can someone point me to a good suggestion?

My concern is I need to be able to display for example 0.01 up to 9.99 but most only do tenths not one-hundredths of a volt.

Thanks a bunch!

So you want a 0 to 9.99 VDC meter which resolves 10 mV. Just make sure the meter you choose is also accurate to 0.01 VDC. The fact a meter can resolve 0.01 VDC does not always mean it is accurate reading 0.01 VDC. What accuracy would be acceptable?

Looking at a .05% uncertainty I doubt you will find what you want in a cheap off the boat meter from China. You are looking at DPMs (Digital Panel Meters) with a higher cost, like this one from Omega.
Voltage Input: ±100 mV, ±1 V, ±10 Vdc scalable
Process/Strain Process Voltage ±50 mV, ±100 mV, ±1, ±10 Vdc 0.03% FS
All a matter of what you want to spend for a DC Panel Meter with the resolution and uncertainty you want. There are a dozen companies marketing what you want, the link is just a single example. Actually while it has an Omega label I am not sure who actually makes it.
