Please can you help me how to design a Passive low pass filter of L and C values calculation ? Equations ?

You need to start with a set of requirements.
  1. What are the limits of the passband?
  2. What is the width of the transition band?
  3. What is the required attenuation in the passband?
  4. Is there an allowable amount of ripple in the passband?
Without explicit requirements there is just no point in cranking formulas without knowing what you are doing.
