Design a power supply?
What does that have to do with controlling an AC load with a relay?
If you have a new question, please start a new thread.
actually my question was related with power supply that's why I did post it in general electronics. OK I create new thread for power supply.
240V AC come from the city power isn't it?
30V AC is come from a transformer 240V AC to 30V AC isn't it?
lets suppose I want to design system that supply 30 V AC and 5 V DC. 240 V directly come from home supply. I have doubt in 30 V AC ? I have doubt in selection of transformer ? which transformer (rating ) should I have to use ?

How is the device2 and its range of working voltage with AC?
Transformer 240Vac to 15Vac-o-15Vac - it can be make as 30 Vac and it also has 12 Vac, it can be make through diodes rectification and 78M05 regulator from 12 Vac(17Vdc) to 5 Vdc.

I have seen specification. It can give 30v AC and It can give 12 v AC. In my design, secondary voltage of Transformer is 12 v AC.

240 AC- transformer- 30 V AC- convert -12 V AC- Rectifier- 12V DC- capacitor - Voltage regulator - 5V DC

Suppose Secondary voltage is 30 AC than How to get 12 V AC? What changes I have to do in my design to get 30 V AC and 5 V DC ?

If you want to get a more less ripple then you can increase the c1 to 2200uF/25V, if 5V does not draw much current then you can reduce the c3 to 47uF or less.
