I made a 24h digital clock, now I wanted to change to a 12h digital clock which reset at 13 to become 1 for the hour's segment....need help. Thank you

 

Decode a count of 13 and connect feed it to the reset of the 10s counter and load a value into the units counter. (I will not tell you what value to load.)

Ok, now i got 13 and reset to 0....what can i do in order to get 12:59:59 then reset to 1. Teach me thank you

 

Write down the hours counter display in both formats for a few hours before and after mid day and think about it. You need to do some work yourself.
