The only "inputs" on an opamp is its inverting and non-inverting inputs.
Its power supply terminals are not inputs.

I mean, I knew that an opamp only can swing its output up to some extend, not rail-to-rail. However you mention this kind of limitation in also its inputs. That confused me.
