I want to build a simple powerbank with these specs...

Li-ion probably ?
240v input charging hard wired in.
12v regulated output
10 amp hrs
Charge within 2 hours
No other features on it, no USB, no display, no ac output.


What components or PCBs can you link me to that's off the shelf ?

I think your problem, off-the-shelf or not, will be the fast charge time of 0.5C.

 

1. Take $10 to the store that sells computer peripherals.
2. Buy a power bank
Your are done and your house is unlikely to burn down.

 

Of all the things to build yourself, this is very low on the list. They are available cheaply everywhere. They are dangerous if faulty. And the batteries alone will cost you more than the finished product.

DIY is great for things you can’t buy as a mass marketed product.
