How to build Gesture Controlled Quadcopter

I want to design a project.its like controlling the directions of a quadcopter using hand gestures. Using accelerometer gyroscope sensor mpu 6050. but I dont know about programming. so can anyone help me in making this project? also i don't know about designing a quadcopter that can life arduino mega board. i need it ASAP....

Everything is for sale.
The motor controller, the CPU, the Motor and blades.

Can you possibly make a motor controller PCB ?
The design limitations, the size, the involved current drawn from those KVA motors is not trivial.
