i'm new here and i just start learning electronics with programming.
i need some help from you if you may help me in my project of this week.
i must build up and program a 2 digital seven segment up and down counter and i must use a pic16F877A .
can you please help on this one especialy on hardware

How much hardware can be used in addition to the microcontroller? How many outputs does it have?
