What is the equation for the temperature compensation? If it is simple then you may be able to get from input to output entirely in analogue, if you want 4-20mA output.

Compensation factor = Constant÷voltage
Corrected output= indicated output ×Compensation factor

If I am able to choose the correct ICs then I believe I can build the circuit.
