The circuit in the video is a bad circuit.
It has no timing capacitor.

It is also dangerous since it is not isolated from the AC mains and uses a basic potentiometer with a metal shaft that is most likely not rated for the voltage. Ritesh, you need to stay off of YouTube, decide what you want to accomplish then do some original research before you post here.
