I am not touching this. They make self defense devices. I suggest you look at them and I also suggest you start learning a little.

Possibly a localized burn at the point of contact.
Possibly death if it flows across you chest area.
It's not likely something you will want to have happen more than once.

 

It will stun, that is what self defense shockers are designed to do. Depends on the target as each person is effected differently by electric shock. Pain? Yes, plenty and again I suggest you Google "Self defense shocker" what are you expecting to hear?

Air to ground missile would be a better choice. Drone launched of course. The AGM-114 Hellfire would be a good choice. Just going to need a bigger drone.

as i live in a farm and i have woods large trees i was thinking to create a project for this , impliment this on a arrow , shoot an arrow with these on

The arrow will do more damage than the "shocker", even with blunt heads.
