If you use 2-Batteries in parallel, you don't need an Inductor.
You probably won't find an "off-the-shelf" Inductor that will work.
There are several Transformer manufacturers that will use
their High-Dollar Software, and hands-on experience,
to build You a Custom Inductor, based on your requirements.
If you know all of the details and Specs you need, that is what I would recommend.
They will get much closer to the ideal part, as opposed to trying the DIY approach.
If you would do the Math comparisons,
you will quickly see that the Capacitors are not going to perform as you expect.
