Pretty easy.... Fosc / 12 = 1 machine cycle.... 11.059Mhz crystal is 0.9216uS... Timer register is 65536 counts
4 modes 16 bit timer --- 8 bit timer with prescaler -- 8 bit timer with reload.. Off
