How can i measure the collector and base current at proteus?

I tried to measure Ic and Ib at npn transistor but there is a something weird at measurement "e". How can i measure it like micro amper or something like that?

The current you measured at base is I=9.89274e-006 is the same as (9.89274 x 10^-6) or (9.89274 uA).

Is that what you're asking?
