In fact my exact problem is this one. Very later I knew that Nepal do not have 'Payment Gateway'. I do not know more about such banking matter but I knew that without the payment gateway I cannot send money to abroad or cannot load my real cash into Visa, PayPal or so on. So very cheap stuff found around eBay, Amazon etc are worthless to me.
