Hi I have a bibliographic homework on the white LEDs. I would like to enlighten me on the sources of information on this subject. Especially desirable are the sources listed in the parameters of structure, construction, operation (from the perspective of microelectronics) and applications.

 

Most white LED's are actually blue ones with a layer of yellow scintillating compound on top. All LED's share the same principles of operation.
