what are dv7/cv7 and dv4/cv4 for?

also dv2/cs1.

how's the waveform on Vb/Vs and Vgs for the mosfets?

what kind of capacitor is used for c12?

It is OK now when I connect a load. mosfet only a little warm. thanks all of you again.

And I have a other question, if I want to get 20ma current, what will the value of capacitor (cs1 in schematic1)connected to the middle of half bridge when voltage =400v , freq=30khz ? I know the way to calculate capacitance and current in AC circuit, but here in the middle of half bridge, voltage is DC square wave.
