I work in R&D and looking for better ways to quickly charge and discharge EV battery modules. I am looking for a high speed power supply for this line of work. Is there anyone in the R&D field experienced with DC power tests that can give me some feedback?

If You have well filtered DC You are completely limited by Battery-Temperature.
So, I don't understand the question.
Do You want a replacement for what You are currently using for some reason ?
Maybe better Filtering, or more control over Voltage/Current ?
Better Feedback functionality ?

Charging and discharging are very different processes, So-called 4-quadrant power supplies can do both but unless you're prepare to spend a fortune are not readily available. A custom solution is often required. Personally I prefer to keep them separate. What voltage/capacity batteries are we talking about?
