Hi, does anyone know of a component that combines an p-mosfet and npn or n-mosfet in a configuration that allows a 0-5v signal to control a high side switch? Forgive the possibly confusing wording but I've got a project that drives a small relay using a p-mosfet connected to 12v, the microcontroller controls the mosfet through a small npn transistor to ground, with a pull up resistor to 12v to return the p-mosfet to off. 4 components total, wondering if someone might make that circuit in something like an sot-23 package, I'm quite crunched for space and the sc-70 components I'm using are a little too small for me to manually place and reflow. Also, I can't drive the gate directly because the mcu has protection diodes that make every io pin into a 5.5v reference voltage if looking at it from +12v.

These are not necessarily done the way you describe, but they are based on N-channel mosfets and specifically designed for high-side use:

The latter is called a "smart switch." The former seems to be available from Mouser, which may indicate it is current production. The latter seems to be eBay and Amazon. At least neither Digikey nor Mouser were in the first few hits. There are probably other versions of each, but I have not found a need to look for them in the years since I filed away those little nuggets.
