Hi

I want to make led driver which can drive 110v and 12Amps output DC to DC . for that i choose LT 3795. Should be constant current . can this driver drive these much power , which topology i need to use and is there any other driver

Ahh, Now you are making it harder. Maybe a spec is in order. What output voltage and current to the LEDs.

Actually output we need is 120volt, 12Amps DC , since the LT3795 cannot handle this much we reduced to 95Volt .
So OUT PUT we need is 120Volt , 12Amp DC

But you just said you wanted to adjust the current. What is the min and max current? Like wise if you want to use 5 leds and 25 leds it will make a difference.

I think you will have trouble finding something. The one you have chosen might run from 15 volts to 100 volts at 2 to 12 amps, but pretty complicated.
Maybe you should tell us what you are trying to do as the requirements seem very strange - even dangerous.

We are trying to design LED Driver which can use for driving many types of LEDs . Actuall purpose is for testing the LEDs life .some are in tile with a series of LEDs in that case the voltage will change and depends upon the led type current will change .

You may need to break down your requirements. It is unlikely you can make one that will run at both 5 volts and 120 volts let alone vary the current from 2 to 12 amps.
I'm going to guess you biggest one is 100 watts - maybe 37 volts at 3 amps? Give us some data sheets on say 3 with a broad range that you want to test and maybe we can come up with a way to switch the input or something like that that will still make it flexible.
