You can buy it from your local store or online shop in your country or from Ebay.com, the 3 digits led display module lxd5135.

 

I searched for it with no success. Is that from a specific device? If so, I don't think you're gonna get the same one. Generic 4-digit modules are more common to find. If you want strictly a 3 digit module for a specific application, you would want to build your own one with a bare 3 digit 7 segment display.

As said above, try looking at Ebay.

 

You also need a lot more info such as size and common anode or common cathode for starters.

This display is current meter. Its supply 5vdc, and input is 0- 999 mv max.

Thanks all for support. Actually I have repaired welding machine. Ecoweld. 315amps rated. It ic not getting. I have order to Ali express. But it seems the dispatch was within 8 to 10 days.
Till then any one knows the ic as I attached. Its MXD008/ GN058KH008.

Its ammeter 5v supply, 0-999mV input

 

I have a couple of those laying around at home. Not sure if they're common cathode or common anode, but I salvaged mine out of old tread mills.

On that note: You need to know whether you are looking for common cathode (common negative); or common anode. Not just any 3 digit display will work. Also, there may be some wiring differences from one display type to another. Is there a number on the display you can see and report to us? It would likely be on one of the long sides.
