Help with rgb controller

FE805568-0A82-4385-B519-58247F5AC59E.jpegHi i have this rgb module for a set of led footwell lights. Its fried and i want to buy another. I found one on amazon that looks the same but it says input output voltage 12vdc where as the one i have says 5/12vdc. I will link a picture below.
