There is a current thread with a similar design here. A very simple circuit with a mosfet is listed in there early on then plenty of refinement questions. I think it is a 15 x 15 matching circuit with red light / buzzer for wrong answers. Green for correct answers.

You can get both colors in one LED if you want to do that.
