Hi, I have a Fuse marked with 160mA, but not sure what exactly is.
Attached is a picture of it.

Is part of a 110V Christmas tree that I connected at 220V and blew some of the distribution boxes. (picture attached as well)

Thank you!

My first thought is "Is the fuse blown?" Or "Are you going on the premises that the extra voltage blew the fuse?" You COULD have blown out the strings of LED's. Double the voltage means a whole lot more current through the LED's. You might have one blown which may have saved the rest but the rest will have been overstressed as well. You may have even blown out the four diodes that form a full wave rectifier.

Bridge the fuse as a test. If all works then you know you need to find a replacement fuse. If it still doesn't work - don't waste money or time trying to find a fuse that's not going to fix the problem.
