been told to design a circuit with:
- 2 digits BCD adder/subtractor using XNOR as controlled inverters for 1's complement (using full adder macro)
- 1 switch for mode (0 for add, 1 for subtract)
- 0-9 numeric keypad with priority encoder for the A and B inputs
- 7-segment display indicating polarity (small letter "c" if positive, "-" if negative)
- 3 7-segment display (common cathode) with BCD driver (7447 IC) for the final answer
