If yes, How? What will I need? Could you give me some helpful links (other than the datasheet)?

 

Sorry. The part has a mask-programmed ROM i.e. the program is fabricated into the part as its built and can't be changed. See sec 1.2 of the datasheet. Mask-programming used to be common for high volume parts - now its usually flash ROM.
