Help with 8 program led light controller

Thanks, this was helpful. But if I look at the circuit it seems to me as if the only parts that are used after that are the 4 diodes. So I also scratched through a circuit to put the other parts out of service. There was about 200v dc on the leds (220v ac over here).20210114_120220.jpg20210114_120246.jpg
