Help with 240V 120mA fan connection to mains

hi M,
The datasheet states spade terminals, usually spade sockets are fixed to the end of the mains wires and then pushed on the spade terminals.
You can solder the wires directly to the spade terminals, if you don't have the mating sockets.

Fuse it at approx 3Amp.

So if I strip a say PC power supply cable then connect to positive and negative of the spade sockets, then connect to mains this should work??

hi,

The 240V AC mains supply and fan are Line and Neutral , not + and -.

Connection:
Wall mains socket >> fused mains plug >> twin mains wire >> Fan spade terminals.

Note: ONLY twin mains wire between Mains Plug and Fan, nothing else in between.
So I would stripe the twin mains wire off a mains plug and solder line and neutral to the fan spade terminals?
